VibeWare LLC ("VibeWare", "we", "us", or "our") operates vibeware.pro. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, make a purchase, or contact us — and how we use it.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and deliver our products. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or share your information with third parties beyond what is required to process your purchase and deliver your software.
1. Information We Collect
Purchase information
When you purchase a product, Stripe collects your payment details (card number, billing address) directly on their hosted checkout page — we never see or store your card information. We receive your email address from Stripe after a successful payment so we can deliver your download link.
Download tokens
After purchase, a one-time download token is generated and stored in our database for 7 days. This token is linked to your purchase session and is used to grant access to your file download. It is not tied to a permanent account.
Contact form submissions
If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is stored as a support ticket so we can respond to your inquiry.
Technical data
We temporarily store your IP address to prevent spam and abuse — specifically, rate limiting on contact form submissions (expires after 24 hours) and on admin login attempts (expires after 15 minutes). When you download a purchased file, we keep a short security log of that download — including your IP address and browser user-agent — for 7 days, to detect misuse of download links. Standard server logs are generated by our hosting provider (Vercel) and may include IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser information.
Anonymous site analytics
We collect anonymous page view data to understand how visitors use our site. When you visit a page, we record which page was viewed and your traffic source (for example, whether you arrived via a search engine, a social media link, or directly). Your IP address is run through a one-way cryptographic hash before storage — the original address is never saved and cannot be recovered. Only the hash is kept, solely for counting unique daily visitors. This data contains no personal information and is never shared with third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
- —To deliver your purchased software via a download link sent to your email
- —To respond to support inquiries submitted through the contact form
- —To prevent spam and abuse on our contact form
- —To fulfill legal and financial obligations related to your purchase (via Stripe)
- —To understand site traffic through anonymous, aggregated analytics (no personal data attached)
We do not use your information for marketing emails, behavioral profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.
